Nestled in the heart of the Homewood community, Creekside is poised to become a vibrant, walkable town square that enriches Homewood with a variety of neighborhood amenities for everyone. Featuring trendy shops and delightful eateries, Creekside is designed to be an authentic Homewood destination, inviting residents and visitors to come together and enjoy all it has to offer.
Samford Horizons:
A Blueprint for Tomorrow
Creekside is one element of Samford Horizons, a visionary master plan to ensure Samford remains among the world’s most respected Christ-centered universities while fulfilling its obligation as a community pillar to be Homewood’s university, now and for another 184 years.
The Samford Horizons development plan, first announced in 2023, aims to align and better utilize the university’s existing physical assets to create an unparalleled “community of learning and faith.”
